Inkoo Kang is a first-year student in NYU's Urban Systems PhD program. With a multidisciplinary background in urban planning, public administration, and design studies, her research focuses on the interaction between the urban environment and people - particularly how physical transformations for urban regeneration influence people's behaviors and perceptions of these spaces. She seeks to bridge the gap between quantitative and qualitative approaches in urban informatics and analysis.
