Yiqing Lü is an Assistant Professor of Finance, NYU Shanghai; Global Network Assistant Professor, NYU. She holds a PhD from London School of Economics and Political Science and a BS from Shanghai Jiao Tong University. Professor Lü’s research interests are theoretical and empirical Corporate Finance, Corporate Governance, and Contract Theory. Professor Lü is also a faculty member at Center for Business Education and Research.
